1. Scope and developer
This Privacy Policy applies to the Jelly Dodge Android game (package com.devvour.jellydodge), developed and published by devvour under Chillbaba Games. It explains how the current release handles information when you install and play the game. Section 7 separately explains the limited processing involved when you visit this website.
2. Data the app accesses, collects, and shares
Jelly Dodge does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal or sensitive user data. The current release does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, attribution, social, billing, or tracking services.
The game does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health information, advertising ID, or other sensitive device data.
3. Information stored on your device
Jelly Dodge stores gameplay information locally so it can remember your progress. This may include:
- high scores, stage and tournament progress, achievements, and missions;
- earned in-game currencies, cosmetic unlocks, equipped items, and upgrades; and
- gameplay, accessibility, and audio preferences.
This information is processed on your device and is not sent to Chillbaba Games or devvour. Jelly Dodge does not operate cloud save or a developer-controlled backup service.
4. Ads, purchases, and rewards
The current release has no advertising and no in-app purchases. Its in-game currencies and rewards have no cash value, cannot be bought with real money, and cannot be transferred or cashed out. Some chests and cosmetic capsules provide randomized virtual rewards using currency earned only through gameplay. Aura Gacha rarity odds are shown in the game before a capsule is opened.
5. Retention and deletion
Local game information remains in the app's storage until you clear Jelly Dodge's storage in Android settings or uninstall the app. Either action deletes the locally stored information controlled by Jelly Dodge. Because there is no account or developer server, there is no remote Jelly Dodge profile to delete.
The Android release asks the operating system not to include Jelly Dodge app data in automatic cloud backup. Your device manufacturer, Android, and Google Play may independently process information under their own privacy terms.
6. Younger players
Jelly Dodge is intended for players aged 9 and older. The game does not collect personal data from any player. Younger players should ask a parent or guardian before sending an email to support, particularly where local law requires parental consent.
If you believe a child included personal information in a support message, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
7. This website and Cloudflare
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not contain analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. It is hosted using Cloudflare. Like other web hosts and security providers, Cloudflare may process ordinary web request information—such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals—to deliver and protect the site.
That hosting activity is separate from the Jelly Dodge app, which does not send us personal data. For information about Cloudflare's practices, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
8. Support messages
If you choose to email support, your email provider sends us the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use that information only to understand and respond to your request, protect the project, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete a support conversation unless we must retain it for a legitimate legal or security reason.
9. Security
Because Jelly Dodge keeps its game state on your device and does not transmit it to developer servers, access to that local information is governed primarily by Android and your device security settings. Keep your device and operating system up to date and use an appropriate screen lock.
10. Policy changes
We may update this policy if Jelly Dodge changes. If a future release adds accounts, cloud saves, analytics, advertising, purchases, or another data-handling feature, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before or with that release. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page.
